Service 02 · Pro and Elite
Reviews you don't have to chase.
Every happy customer gets asked, at the right moment, with follow-up until they actually do it. You do nothing.
The problem
You do better work than the guy with 90 reviews.
He has 90 and you have 11. When a homeowner searches, Google shows the businesses with more reviews higher up, and the homeowner picks from what he sees. Your work quality never enters into it.
You know you should ask. But you're packing up, the customer is happy, and asking feels like begging. So you don't. Then you're in the truck three streets away and it's too late.
The gap isn't that your customers are less happy. It's that his ask happens automatically and yours depends on you remembering at exactly the right moment, every single time.
How it works
Asked, reminded, done.
The ask goes out
A text arrives while the work is still fresh and they're still pleased. Timing does more for response rates than anything else.
Straight to the review box
The link opens your Google review form directly. No hunting, no logging in, no searching for your business.
A gentle reminder
Most people mean to and forget. One or two nudges roughly doubles how many actually follow through.
What you get
What's actually included.
- An automatic request sent after every completed job
- A direct link to your Google review page, one tap for the customer
- Follow-up reminders for people who didn't get round to it
- Request wording written for your trade
- Send a request manually from your phone whenever you want
- Every review that comes in, visible in one place
Worth saying
We ask everyone, including the unhappy ones.
Some agencies build systems that quietly route unhappy customers away from Google so only the good reviews get through. It's called review gating, Google prohibits it, and profiles get suspended for it. We don't do it, and you shouldn't want us to.
There's a practical reason too. A perfect 5.0 reads as fake. Shoppers trust a 4.7 with a few mixed reviews far more, especially when they can see you replied like a professional. What actually costs you jobs isn't the occasional 3-star, it's having eleven reviews when your competitor has ninety.
Volume beats polish. So we ask everyone, quickly, more than once.
