This policy explains what information Atlas Growth collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have written it in plain English rather than legal boilerplate, because you should be able to actually understand it.

Information you give us

We only collect information you choose to give us. That happens in three places:

• The chat widget. Your name, phone number, and whatever you type in your message.
• The booking calendar. Your name, email address, phone number, and any details you add when booking a call.
• Email or phone. Anything you send us directly.

If you become a client, we also collect information needed to do the work, such as your business details, your existing website, and access to accounts you ask us to manage on your behalf.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser type, device type, which pages you viewed, and how you arrived. This is used to understand how the site is performing, not to identify you personally.

Our site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. We do not control what Google does with that.

Text messages and phone calls

If you give us your phone number through our website, chat widget, or booking calendar, you are agreeing that we may contact you by text message and by phone about your request.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies depending on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details above.

How we use your information

We use what you give us to:

• Reply to your question or request
• Schedule and confirm calls
• Provide the services you have hired us for
• Send you information about your project or account
• Improve how our website and services work

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to data brokers.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only what they need to do their job. The main ones are:

• GoHighLevel, which hosts this website and stores our customer records, calendar, and messaging.
• Google, for fonts and, where enabled, website analytics.
• Telecommunications carriers, who deliver our text messages and phone calls.

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, for example in response to a valid legal request.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and client records for as long as we have an active relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards for business and tax records. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are legally required to retain it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your information
• Stop contacting you

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and the platforms we use maintain their own security measures. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that information sent over the internet is completely safe.

Children

This is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes affecting how we use your information will be communicated directly to active clients.
