Who we are

Atlas Growth is a marketing business based in Lake in the Hills, Illinois, serving clients across the United States. We build websites and set up the automation behind them for service businesses.

These terms are not your client agreement

This is worth being clear about. These terms govern your use of this website: browsing it, booking a call, or sending us a message.

If you hire us, the work itself is governed by a separate written services agreement covering what we build, what it costs, payment terms, and how either side ends the arrangement. That agreement takes precedence over anything on this page.

What is on this site

The information here describes what we do and roughly what it costs. It is not a formal offer, and it is not a quote.

Prices shown on this site can change. What you pay is what is written in your services agreement, not what happened to be on this page the day you read it.

We try to keep everything accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every detail is free of errors or fully up to date at all times.

We do not guarantee results

This one matters, so read it properly.

Nothing on this site is a promise of specific results. We do not guarantee a particular Google ranking, a number of leads, a volume of phone calls, or any level of revenue.

Marketing outcomes depend on things outside our control: how competitive your area is, how long you have been in business, your pricing, your reviews, how quickly you answer your phone, and how you handle the customers we send you. Anyone who guarantees you a number one ranking is either guessing or about to do something that gets your site penalized.

What we do commit to is doing the work described in your agreement, competently and on time.

Booking a call

Booking a consultation costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It is a conversation, not a contract. You are free to book, reschedule, or cancel.

When you book we collect your name, email, and phone number so we can confirm the appointment and contact you about it. How we handle that information is covered in our Privacy Policy.

Using the site properly

Do not use this site to do anything illegal, to attempt to break or overload it, to scrape it automatically, or to submit false information through our forms.

Our chat widget and booking form exist so real people can contact us. Do not use them to send spam or automated submissions.

Our content

The design, text, code, logo, and images on this site belong to Atlas Growth. You are welcome to read it, share links to it, and quote reasonable portions with attribution.

Please do not copy the site wholesale, reuse our copy as your own, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse or are affiliated with you.

Links to other sites

Where we link elsewhere, including to work we have built for clients, we are not responsible for the content of those sites or what they do with your information.

The site is provided as-is

We work to keep this site available and functioning, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas Growth is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

This section applies to the website. Liability relating to work we perform for clients is addressed in the services agreement, not here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute relating to this website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
